Description
The 3-Channel White Noise Generator drives transducers and speakers that inject masking noise into walls, windows and cavities to reduce eavesdropping through building structures. Its three independent channels let you set the right noise level for each part of a room.
It is the generator on its own, for building a custom system or expanding an existing one.
How it works
Sound travels through solid and light structures and through air voids. The generator sends white noise to transducers mounted on surfaces, which vibrate to mask speech carried through the structure, and to speakers that fill voids and ducts with noise.
Wire transducers on solid surfaces such as concrete walls to one transducer channel, and those on light surfaces such as glass or drywall to the other. Connect speakers to the speaker channel, power on and adjust each channel separately. Follow the load limits below to avoid damage.
