A short question at the counter is fine. The moment we start matching your objective to a detector, a recorder, or a kit — room size, walls, Wi‑Fi, whether audio is lawful, whether the space is one you control — that is the consult. Two people can ask for “a hidden camera” and need completely different tools. That comparison is the work.

Payment is required up front for the consult. If you buy the recommended ISS equipment the same day, the fee is credited toward that purchase. We will not email a model number so it can be ordered elsewhere. We will not spec a kit by email, chat, or form.
